Job summary

Sanabil Studio seeks a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Muheeb from early traction to scale in Riyadh. You’ll own the strategy, execution, growth, and long-term vision while building a category-defining Saudi fashion brand from the ground up.

You will define GTM, lead fundraising readiness, and recruit a founding team across commercial, operations, and product while shaping culture from day one.

Qualifications

• Launched and operated a successful D2C/e-commerce business or led a commercial function.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end e-commerce operations: sourcing, logistics, inventory, checkout, retention.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Muheeb’s customized line.

A Sanabil Studio company is building a next-generation consumer brand for the Saudi market, focused on reimagining a traditionally offline experience through personalization, convenience, and technology.

Backed by Sanabil Studio, the venture combines operational execution, customer insight, and modern commerce infrastructure to deliver a seamless and differentiated customer experience tailored to the evolving expectations of the Saudi consumer.

We have already validated strong early demand with real paying customers and are now entering the next stage of growth.

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CEO to lead the venture from early traction to scale, owning the company’s strategy, execution, growth, and long-term vision while building a category-defining consumer brand from the ground up.

THE ROLE

• Define and execute Muheeb's go-to-market strategy for the customized ready-to-wear thoob.
• Set the vision for the brand, product assortment, and overall customer experience.
• Own revenue and growth targets, and present progress regularly to the Sanabil Studio Investment Committee.
• Finalize and manage supplier relationships, quality standards, and fulfillment timelines.
• Build the operational infrastructure needed to scale from early orders to high volume.
• Own the packaging, branding, and delivery experience that defines Muheeb's physical touchpoint with customers.
• Recruit and lead Muheeb's founding team across commercial, operations, and product functions.
• Set the culture and operating rhythm from day one.
• Own or oversee paid and organic marketing across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Iterate on creative strategy and advertising to improve conversion and brand awareness.
• Drive conversion rate optimization across the Muheeb storefront and order flow.

THE PROFILE

• You have launched and operated a successful direct-to-consumer or e-commerce business, whether as a founder, early operator, or senior commercial lead.
• You understand end-to-end e-commerce operations: supplier sourcing, logistics, inventory, checkout conversion, and customer retention.
• You have functional depth in at least one of: growth and marketing (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ROAS, brand building), technology and product (consumer-facing web or mobile, shipping quickly), or operations and supply chain (manufacturer relationships, fulfillment, quality control).
• You have led a team before, including hiring, developing, and when necessary letting people go.
• You have a deep understanding of the Saudi consumer, especially in the men's fashion and thoob market.
• You are currently based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• You are fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a strong plus.

Bonus: experience in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail in the Saudi or GCC market; previous seed or pre-seed startup experience; a network in Saudi's manufacturing or fashion supplier ecosystem; familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce; or prior experience working inside a venture studio.

THE ENVIRONMENT

Direct Line to the Top: You'll report directly to the Sanabil Studio founding team, with short feedback loops and real influence on company direction from day one.

A Product That Already Works: You're not starting from zero. You inherit a live storefront, validated paying customers, active paid campaigns, and a clear market position. Your job is to scale what's already been proven.
