Job description

Sanabil Studio is Sanabil's in-house venture studio, building and backing the next generation of category-defining companies in Saudi Arabia. Alongside building new ventures, the Studio is activating Sanabil's early-stage community, a curated network of founders, operators, and partners across accelerators, studio ventures, and talent programs that fuels the ecosystem we invest in.

Backed by Sanabil, the Studio combines deep capital, operating muscle, and a programmed founder community to deliver a faster, deeper, and more credible early-stage experience than anything else available in the Saudi market today.

We are looking for a Community Manager to own Sanabil's early-stage community end-to-end, building the membership, the rituals, the events, the offerings, and the performance system that turn it into the place every early-stage founder in Saudi wants to be part of.

The Role
  • Lead Community, Events, Performance, and Offerings as one integrated activation function.
  • Build the founder membership as a product, criteria, onboarding, tiers, lifecycle, and the rituals that make people come back.
  • Plan and run a consistent event cadence across founder dinners, masterclasses, demo nights, AMAs, partner sessions, and signature flagships.
  • Manage the full event lifecycle: brief, run-of-show, speakers, registrations, hosting, and follow-up.
  • Originate and curate a portfolio of founder perks and deals across cloud, software, legal, banking, talent, and operations.
  • Negotiate exclusive terms with partners and run regular reviews that drop the under-performers.
  • Run a structured 1:1 cadence with founders and feed signal back into the investment and studio teams.
  • Own the community scorecard, attendance, NPS, repeat-visit rate, new members, founder pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for members, events, deals, and partner engagement.
  • Activate alumni and senior operators as a living layer of the community, not just attendees.
  • Coordinate closely with accelerator partners, studio venture teams, and talent programs to keep the experience seamless.
  • Be on stage when needed, MC, moderate, open and close events.
The Profile
  • You have 4–7 years building communities, programs, or running operator-facing events, in venture, accelerator, startup, or premium hospitality contexts.
  • You have run a recurring event cadence at scale, not just one-off launches, and can show the numbers behind it.
  • You have originated partnerships and negotiated real commercial terms, not just collected logos.
  • You make clear, structured decisions under pressure and hold yourself accountable to KPIs you publish out loud.
  • You are highly organized, your operating system lives in a tool, not in your head.
  • You are comfortable with data: you can pull it, read it, and present it without a chart deck doing the work for you.
  • You are fluent in Arabic and English and equally comfortable in a founder DM, a partner negotiation, and a leadership readout.
  • You are happy to work an event schedule, including evenings and the occasional weekend.
  • Bonus: An existing network in the Saudi or GCC founder ecosystem and prior experience working with or inside a VC platform team.
The Environment
  • Founder Ownership: This is not a coordination role. You will be in the room with founders every week, building trust, hearing problems, and turning what you hear into programs, perks, and signal.
  • Quality Without Compromise: Our reputation is built one event at a time. You will have the mandate and support to hold the bar, even when it means saying no to a partner, a speaker, or a "good enough" run-of-show.
  • Early Stage, Real Scale: We are at the beginning of something with significant ambition. The community you build now will define how Sanabil shows up to founders for the next decade.
What You Get From Us
  • Competitive pay: A package that reflects your seniority and the market.
  • Meaningful upside: Long-term incentives tied to the value you help create across the ecosystem.
  • Premium gear, day one: Fully set up and ready before your first day.
  • Mentorship that matters: Direct access to Sanabil investors, studio founders, and operators who have built and scaled real ventures.
  • An accelerated curve: You'll learn more about how the Saudi early-stage ecosystem actually works here in 12 months than most roles offer in three years.
