Job summary

gevernova in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to support machining and finishing of gas turbine components. The role entails post-braze inspection, grit blast preparation, coating polishing, and laser hole clearing with a strong Lean focus.

You will set up and operate CNC/EDM equipment, read drawings, collect data, and maintain 5S and Lean practices to drive safety, quality, and productivity on the line.

Qualifications

• Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Knowledge in CNC machining, EDM, laser machining, finishing, or related industrial manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform machining and operate machines such as EDM, MKG, and other CNC and auto polisher in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and quality requirements.
• Read and interpret work instructions, quality forms, technical documentation, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate process execution.
• Record and maintain accurate process and inspection data as required.
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC, EDM, laser, polishing, and inspection equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts before and after machining, cleaning, polishing, and inspection processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements.
• Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow.
