Job summary

GulfPost is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machine Operator in Saudi Arabia to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating and programming CNC lathes with Siemens controllers, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring precise part tolerances.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of CNC experience in steel plants or rolling mills, with proficiency in G-code/M-code, tool offsets, and measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of CNC machine experience in Steel Plants & Rolling Mills.
• Operate and program CNC Lathe machines with Siemens CNC Controller.
• Knowledge of G-code/M-code, tool offsets, feed rates, and reading engineering drawings.
• Experience with micrometers, vernier calipers, and bore gauges.
• Must follow 5S, PPE, and industrial safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe machines and perform basic programming.
• Interpret engineering drawings and set up tools and offsets.
• Measure parts with micrometers and calipers to verify tolerances.
• Maintain safety standards and keep work area organized.
