Job summary

SOOR, a subsidiary of Master Works, seeks a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and secure enterprise hosting environments on client sites in Riyadh. You will monitor performance, ensure high availability, and implement security controls across Windows/IIS, SQL Server, and web apps.

You will troubleshoot across network, application, and database layers, manage SSL certificates and IAM controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain robust infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise hosting and infrastructure.
• Proven experience in similar projects across Windows and web hosting environments.

Job description

Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Cloud & Infrastructure, Engineer to manage, support, monitor, and secure enterprise application hosting environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience in IIS, Windows Server, SQL Server, and application hosting
• Strong hands-on experience with IIS and SQL Server administration and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting web applications and production environments
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across network, security, application, and database layers
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, web hosting, and cybersecurity controls
• Experience managing SSL certificates, IIS security, authentication, and access controls
• Familiarity with change management, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java-based applications, APIs, load balancing, and WAF
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional technical teams
