Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 is seeking a Cloud Cost Governance Specialist to lead financial management of cloud spend in Saudi Arabia. The role delivers budgeting, forecasting, and cost-optimization insights to application teams and cloud operations.

You will publish dashboards, enforce tagging controls, and maintain governance artifacts while supporting annual financial planning efforts to maximize cost efficiency and align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT, Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university is required.
• Master’s degree in MIS, IT, Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university is preferred.
• 3+ years in a relevant industry, preferably with IT financial operations, budgeting and cost allocation.

Responsibilities

• Support and govern cloud cost management policies and usage controls.
• Publish cloud cost dashboards and reports for spend visibility.
• Support cloud budgeting and forecasting based on historical usage.
• Implement cloud cost allocation and showback mechanisms.
• Provide cost optimization recommendations to application teams and cloud operations.
• Enforce cost governance controls and improve cost visibility through tagging.
• Maintain documentation and governance artifacts related to cloud cost management.
• Support annual departmental financial planning and budgeting activities.
