Job summary

Insulet Corporation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Clinical Training Lead to support the local market and potentially expand to MEA, driving education for distributor staff, healthcare professionals and sales teams to improve patient access and outcomes.

You will design and deliver training courses and materials, onboard new members, and work with the Country Manager and cross‑functional teams to achieve training objectives and optimize adoption of the Omnipod portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable experience in training and/or managing insulin pump patients.
• Experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical organisation in a commercial role (clinical/sales/marketing/training).
• Diabetes experience is essential; CDE strongly preferred; nursing/clinical services background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with distributor partner personnel, perform training needs assessment, design and deliver training for product launch and clinical excellence.
• Onboarding training of new members to ensure best possible patient and HCP experience for Omnipod portfolio.
• Collaborate with Country Manager and cross-functional teams to build knowledge, support capability development, and meet training objectives.
• Provide support for Omnipod Discover (DMP): account setup, report generation, user training, and best-practice implementation to maximize adoption.
• Develop training materials; use Veeva Medical Review (MLR) framework for content approval.
• Assist training events such as pump clinics, pump support groups, patient groups and virtual training sessions.
