Job summary

Adilstone Group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse to lead specialist care and education for patients with diabetes. You will work hands-on with individuals managing Type 1, Type 2, and other forms of diabetes, guiding insulin technique, CGM interpretation, and home-care plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current registration or eligibility with SCFHS.
• At least 3 years of experience in diabetes care and management.
• Experience educating patients and families in diabetes self-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing care to patients with diabetes.
• Monitor patient progress and identify educational needs or interventions.
• Educate patients and families on medications, insulin administration, glucose monitoring, and lifestyle changes.
• Train patients to use CGM and other diabetes technologies.
• Coordinate care with physicians, endocrinologists, dietitians, pharmacists and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality and safety initiatives.
