Job summary

Masimo Corporation seeks an experienced sales leader to drive clinical monitoring solutions across a Saudi Arabian territory. You will manage major accounts, coordinate with OEM and distributor sales forces, and deliver value-based presentations to executives.

You will build relationships with clinicians and administrators, develop account strategies, and ensure quotas are met while expanding Masimo installed bases. Travel as needed to hospitals and regional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical/Clinical background.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in direct critical care, NICU, PICU, OR and EMS (neonatal/pediatrics advantageous).
• Proven medical devices sales track record with patient monitoring systems.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to present value-based solutions in hospital/healthcare markets.
• Experience with OEM and distributors sales forces.
• Experience calling on C-level customers.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze competitive marketplace and trends to develop revenue strategies.
• Resolve key client issues and complaints; manage client relationships.
• Develop understanding of key account needs and drive territory sales goals.
• Negotiate contracts and establish performance timelines with clients.
• Utilize Salesforce.com for documenting field activity and communications.
• Expand relationships and bring in new clients while meeting quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams and key opinion leaders to support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate clinical education and account strategy with OEM teams.
