Batterjee Medical College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Instructor – Respiratory Therapy to supervise and mentor students during their clinical training. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging theory and practice, ensuring students develop strong clinical competencies, professionalism, and ethical standards.
Supervise and guide students during clinical rotations, labs, and simulation sessions in respiratory care.
Ensure safe, ethical, and professional practice in all clinical training environments.
Assess student performance, clinical skills, and professional behavior using structured evaluation tools.
Provide timely, constructive feedback and mentorship to support student development.
Participate in student evaluations, course activities, and program reporting.
