Job summary

Fisheye - Executive Search is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist – Radiology Solutions in Jeddah to provide clinical application support, customer training, and workflow optimization for radiology products. You will train healthcare professionals, conduct demonstrations, and work with sales and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of radiology solutions.

The role requires engaging with radiologists, technologists, and physicians and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Radiologic Technology, or another Medical/Healthcare-related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Clinical Applications, Radiology Equipment, Medical Imaging, Healthcare Technology, or Medical Device Support.
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows, imaging procedures, and clinical applications.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to engage with radiologists, technologists, physicians, and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical application support and training for healthcare professionals.

• Support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations and clinical discussions.
• Develop strong relationships with radiologists, clinicians, and end users.

• Collaborate with sales, service, and suppliers to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Clinical Application Specialist to join one of our client's team and support the growth of our Radiology Solutions portfolio in Jeddah.

About the Role

As a Clinical Application Specialist – Radiology Solutions, you will be responsible for providing clinical application support, customer training, workflow optimization, and product expertise to healthcare providers. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and utilization of radiology solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Radiologic Technology, or another Medical/Healthcare-related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in Clinical Applications, Radiology Equipment, Medical Imaging, Healthcare Technology, or Medical Device Support.
