Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science, biomedical science, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in clinical application, product/application support, diagnostics, POCT, or IVD-related roles.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, technical, and application support across the full customer journey from pre-sales to post-go-live.
- Support sales with product demonstrations, evaluations, and trials; address clinical/technical questions.
- Deliver training on product operation, maintenance, sampling, workflow, and clinical interpretation.
- Assist in installation verification, validation, and go-live readiness; ensure QC and compliant documentation.
