Job summary

Diaverum is seeking a Clinic Administrator in Medina to oversee daily clinic facility management, ensuring clinical and financial outcomes are optimized. You will be the main contact with external parties and HQ, enforcing policies and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include audits, inventory control, billing accuracy, staff onboarding, and coordination with IT. Fluency in Arabic and English and strong MS Office skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in hospital management.
• 2 years in administration, preferably in related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of and compliance with all Diaverum policies & procedures.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment.
• Participate in all clinic audits and implement approved action plans.
• Ensure clinic compliance with required Diaverum reports and any country specific regulatory reports.
• Ownership of clinic as a facility to ensure tidiness that represents Diaverum.
• Clinic activities related to labor management, cleaners, security and maintenance.
• Ensures availability of necessary clinic supplies in coordination with the HN.
• Management of product consumption and inventory of supplies and medications.
• Maintenance of equipment and utilities including housekeeping.
• Ensure accuracy of billing reports; billing finalized by the 3rd working day.
• Responsible for petty cash usage in the clinic and accurate inventory records.
• Support in onboarding of new clinic staff and liaison with IT for incidents.

About the Role

To be resposible and accountable for the daily clinic facility management in order to achive best results in clinical and financial outcomes and act as the point of contact with clinic external parties as well as HQ

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of billing reports Billing finalize all billing requirement by 3rd working day
• Responsible for petty cash usage in the clinic
• Ensure accurate inventory records
• Respect all accounting deadlines that relates to physical inventory count both month end and year end delivery note MRN on time submission and claim processing
• The clinic Admin will be the internal control ambassador in the clinicSubmit reports according to company policies and country requirements
• Support in Quality Management Review QMR
• Ensure that accurate and complete records are maintained in accordance with Diaverum polic
• Support in the onboarding of new clinic staff
• Ensure completion of New Employee details in coordinates with Employee Services team
• First contact on ground for staff queries
• Ensure compliance with Diaverum crisis communication policy and local communication procedures
• Ensure compliance of Diaverum brand identity at the clinic level
• Act as liaison point with IT in general
• Provide support for minor IT incidents if applicable
