Job summary

Sanabil Studio is seeking a proactive Customer Success & Sales Associate to support the interior design team through the sales journey. You will nurture relationships, follow up on proposals, negotiate, and identify upsell opportunities, acting as the primary contact from first conversation to project signing.

You will collaborate with designers, CX, and marketing to ensure a seamless experience, with CRM updates and strong cross-functional communication at the core of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Own customer follow-ups after proposals and negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with customers and become their primary point of contact throughout the sales journey.
• Understand customer concerns, answer questions, and handle objections.
• Convert qualified opportunities into signed projects.
• Identify upselling opportunities and maximize project value.
• Join meetings with Interior Designers and occasionally lead customer meetings when needed.
• Qualify new inbound leads when required.
• Work closely with Design, CX, and Marketing teams for smooth handovers.
• Keep all customer interactions updated in the CRM.
• Meet sales and conversion targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
