Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio across digital campaigns and events.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience designing in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for websites, applications, social media, CRM communications, campaigns, and presentations.
• Create event artwork, promotional materials, platform banners, thumbnails, advertisements, and informational graphics.
• Adapt approved visuals across multiple formats, languages, and channels.
• Develop clear and visually consistent Arabic and English layouts.
• Support the production of venue signage, screens, printed materials, credentials, guides, and operational assets.
• Work closely with marketing, content, operations, and project stakeholders to translate briefs into effective designs.
• Maintain brand standards and project-specific visual guidelines.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files according to technical specifications.
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across digital platforms social media campaigns event communications presentations and operational materials The ideal candidate is a strong visual executor who can work within established brand systems adapt designs across multiple formats and respond quickly to high-volume and time-sensitive requests

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for websites, applications, social media, CRM communications, campaigns, and presentations
• Create event artwork, promotional materials, platform banners, thumbnails, advertisements, and informational graphics
• Adapt approved key visuals across multiple formats, dimensions, languages, and channels
• Develop clear and visually consistent Arabic and English layouts
• Support the production of venue signage, screens, printed materials, credentials, guides, and operational assets
• Work closely with marketing, content, operations, and project stakeholders to translate briefs into effective designs
• Maintain consistency with webook com brand standards and project-specific visual guidelines
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files according to technical specifications
• Manage multiple design requests and deliver work within agreed timelines
• Organize and maintain editable source files, templates, fonts, imagery, and final assets
• Review designs carefully for accuracy, alignment, spelling, dimensions, and brand compliance
• Support urgent creative requirements during launches, campaigns, and live events
• Contribute ideas that improve the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of visual communication

• 3 or more years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, branding, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, campaign, social media, and layout design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or motion design is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and visual systems.
• Experience designing in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while maintaining strong creative quality.
• Strong attention to detail and file-management discipline.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, events, technology, or consumer brands is preferred.
