Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned Managed Services Client Delivery Specialist to oversee end-to-end delivery of contracted services for key clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure service definitions and SLAs are met, and protect contract profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.

The role requires proactive communication, project oversight, risk management, and the ability to identify upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or business or related field.
• ITIL certification preferred.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Experience in managed services delivery and client management.
• Proven ability to meet SLAs and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services meet defined SLAs and client expectations.
• Serve as primary client contact for inquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contracted services.
• Oversee contract profitability and potential upsell opportunities.
• Develop account plans and monitor performance.
