Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to lead supervision of civil and structural works across villas, townhouses, apartments, and commercial buildings. The candidate will review structural shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, and method statements to ensure compliance with designs, SBC, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of civil and structural engineering experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural works for villas, townhouses, apartments, commercial buildings, and amenities.
• Review structural shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, and method statements.
• Inspect excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, structural steel, waterproofing, and associated civil works.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, Saudi Building Code, and quality requirements.
• Resolve structural coordination issues and site discrepancies.
• Monitor testing, inspections, NCR closure, and corrective works.
• Support snagging, as-built review, and structural handover.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Knowledge of SBC, ACI, AISC, and relevant international standards.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory.
