Job summary

XAD Technologies in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Plasterer for civil construction projects. You will perform internal and external plastering, prepare surfaces, mix plaster materials, and apply plaster to walls and ceilings.

Candidates should have proven plastering experience in civil construction, knowledge of cement plastering, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Immediate joiners preferred and strict adherence to site safety rules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plasterer in civil construction projects.
• KSA/GCC civil construction experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of cement plastering, surface preparation, and finishing works.
• Physically fit and able to work at construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal and external plastering works for civil construction projects.
• Prepare surfaces, mix plaster/cement materials, and apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
• Ensure proper leveling, alignment, thickness, and smooth finishing.
• Repair cracks, uneven surfaces, and damaged plasterwork.
• Read and follow construction drawings and site instructions.
• Coordinate with masons, civil workers, and other site teams to complete assigned works.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards as per project requirements.
• Follow site safety procedures and PPE requirements.
