Job summary

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Civil Engineer to join our site-based construction supervision team on the Green Riyadh Project. You will inspect irrigation installation works, monitor quality and compliance, and support construction activities to ensure adherence to drawings and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
• Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
