Job Description

• Study the topographic and geological condition of the constructional site, as well as the results of soil testing; prepare the constructional designs; follow up the preparation and audit of constructional outlines; follow up the preparation of items, quantities and specifications lists for the constructional materials; supervise the project execution and compliance with the specifications; and prepare the specialised documents and reports related to work outcomes.
• Study the topographic and geological condition of the constructional site, as well as the results of soil testing; study the requirements and architectural outlines of the project; determine the required foundation depths; and carry out an integrated constructional analysis.
• Prepare the project designs; follow up the preparation of constructional outlines; and audit the items, quantities and specifications lists.
• Supervise the project execution and compliance with specifications.
• Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments.
• Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialised documents and reports related to engineering projects and works, as well as their progress ratio, as per the adopted policies and procedures.
