Egis Group in Jeddah seeks an experienced Civil Design Lead to guide our civil design team, delivering infrastructure solutions that meet quality and budget requirements. You will direct a group of engineers and designers, setting standards and ensuring compliance with Saudi codes and international norms.

You will oversee detail design drawings, collaborate with stakeholders, manage timelines and resources, and drive innovative best practices across projects from planning through construction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of civil design experience.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Strong CAD and BIM proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and designers.
• Develop civil design strategies for infrastructure projects.
• Oversee detailed design drawings, specs, and construction docs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes and international standards.
