Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Civil BIM Modeler – Roads & Infrastructure for Qiddiya, Riyadh. You will develop, maintain and coordinate complex Civil 3D models for roads, drainage and utilities, from design coordination through to LOD 500 As-Built and asset handover.

The role requires a strong tool-builder mindset, Dynamo automation, Content Catalog Editor and BIM information management, with experience in project standards and CDE content distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Civil BIM Modeler.
• Experience on road/highway infrastructure projects and LOD 500 As-Built.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Civil 3D road corridors, alignments and surfaces.
• Coordinate with design and site teams and resolve clashes.
• Create Dynamo for Civil 3D workflows and Python nodes.
• Publish federated models and support asset handover.
• Produce plan/profile sheets and maintain BIM documentation.
