Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) KSA seeks a seasoned senior executive to lead Cybersecurity, BCM, and Data Privacy as the CISO for the KSA franchise. The role defines strategy, governance, and regulatory alignment under SAMA CSF and PDPL.

You will partner with Group Risk Management, implement control frameworks, manage budgets, and drive risk-aware culture across the bank's KSA operations, ensuring secure, resilient banking services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in business administration preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC certifications are desirable.
• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• BCM and cyber risk governance experience with senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute KSA Cybersecurity Strategy and Policy aligned to SAMA CSF domains.
• Establish and maintain governance structure with clear charters and decision rights.
• Lead Information Security & Business Continuity framework with Country Risk Office.
• Develop risk policies covering Information Security, BCM, and Data Privacy for FAB KSA.
• Oversee regulatory compliance with SAMA CSF, PDPL, NCA controls and related laws.
