SOUM is seeking a virtual cybersecurity or compliance expert to enhance our security posture as we venture into regulated areas like auto-financing. The ideal candidate will lead compliance audits aligned with KSA regulations and help implement robust data security strategies.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of SAMA requirements, prior experience as a vCISO or in a senior compliance role, and be a Saudi national with over 6 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SAMA regulatory requirements and KSA cybersecurity law.
• Prior role as vCISO or senior security/compliance consultant.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional audit and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance audits aligned with KSA regulations.
• Review and implement data security strategies across departments.
• Support regulatory submissions for fintech operations.

Skills

Understanding of SAMA regulatory requirements

Experience as vCISO

Familiarity with ISO27001

Experience with NIST compliance
