Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking an Instructor Pilot (Primary) to train cadets in Al-Majma'ah, using Cirrus SR-22 aircraft. The role requires a qualified Flying Instructor with RAF A2 or equivalent, and at least 1500 total flying hours (800 fixed wing) including 400 primary instructional hours.

You will report to the Head of Flying (KFAA) and lead cadet flights while adhering to Saudi training syllabi and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Be a highly experienced Flying Instructor with military flying training, and RAF A2 instructor qualification (or equivalent) for Primary or Basic instruction.
• Accumulated a minimum of 1500 total flying hours, 800 of which on fixed wing aircraft.
• Accumulated a minimum of 400 total Primary flying instructional hours.
• Maximum contracted age 55.
• High levels of interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with cadets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flying instructional missions for cadets in line with RAF training syllabi.
• Report to the Head of Flying (KFAA) and ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate ground briefings and debriefings with cadet teams.
