Job summary

SSC HR Solutions in Jeddah is seeking a senior technology leader to define and execute an enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation strategy to drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation. The role integrates IT, data, AI, cybersecurity, and cloud initiatives into a cohesive transformation program aligned with corporate objectives.

You will lead modernization of legacy systems, oversee architecture, governance, and risk, and partner with the CEO and Board on technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Master's degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred.
Professional certifications (CIO, TOGAF, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM, Cloud Architect) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Define and own3-5 year Technology & Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with corporate strategies.
Translate business objectives into scalable digital platforms and architectures.
Lead modernization of legacy systems and transition to cloud, data-driven and AI-enabled models.
Sponsor automation, Industry 4.0, IoT, and advanced analytics initiatives.
Oversee enterprise architecture, applications, infrastructure, and cloud strategy.
