Job summary

SSC Egypt is seeking a Chief Technology and Digital Transformation Officer (CTDTO) to define and execute enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation strategy. The role drives growth, operational excellence, innovation, cyber resilience, and long-term competitiveness by integrating IT, data, AI, cybersecurity, and emerging tech.

You will lead architecture, cloud modernization, data governance, AI enablement, and governance with the Board.

Qualifications

• 15–25 years of progressive leadership in technology or IT.
• Proven track record as CIO/CDTO/CTO at enterprise level.
• Experience with ERP, cloud, data, cybersecurity and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise technology and digital strategy.
• Lead modernization of legacy systems and cloud/AI enabled models.
• Govern technology priorities, budgets, vendors and sourcing.
• Partner with Board on risk, governance and IPO-readiness.
