AccorCorpo is seeking a Head of People & Culture for Saudi Arabia to lead the people strategy across the Kingdom, aligning with business priorities and organizational values. Based in Jeddah, you will advise senior leaders and drive talent, culture, engagement and workforce planning to support sustainable growth.

You will partner with regional operations to implement localization rules and ensure compliant recruitment and employee relations across hotels and offices.

Competenze

• Local Saudi Talents, currently holding a senior HR role.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Data-driven approach to workforce planning and labor cost optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, including Nitaqat, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and influence business decisions.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation.
