Accor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, invites a seasoned Head of People & Culture to lead the Kingdom's people strategy. Based in our Jeddah office, you will partner with senior leaders to drive talent, culture, and workforce planning while ensuring regulatory compliance across the region.

You will champion talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational change, partnering with the Accor Academy and hotel leaders to build leadership pipelines and internal mobility across brands.

Competenze

• 10+ years’ People & Culture leadership experience, ideally across multiple properties or regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, including Nitaqat, Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and influence business decisions.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation.

• Develop and execute the People & Culture strategy across Saudi Arabia aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving talent, culture, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Lead regional strategy with HR leaders and Hotel GMs to ensure delivery of People & Culture roadmap.
• Oversee local recruitment, succession planning, and internal mobility across brands and regions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment practices.
