Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to lead and optimize the full lifecycle management of our built and natural assets across multiple sites in the region. You will shape the FM and Landscape O&M strategy, governance, and performance frameworks, while engaging with government bodies, clients, and internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery.

The role requires 15+ years in FM/asset management, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of O&M across hard and soft

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in facilities and asset management.
• Experience managing multi-site environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of O&M across hard services, soft services, infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FM and Landscape O&M strategy.
• Establish governance, SLAs and KPIs for FM disciplines.
• Lead lifecycle asset management and sustainability improvements.
• Oversee procurement, contracts and financial oversight for FM services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across all sites.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.
• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary FM/O&M team.
