Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in real estate and entertainment projects, aligning with Vision 2030. You will lead investment origination, structuring funds/SPVs, and manage tendering processes with regulators and partners.

The role requires 5–10 years in business development, corporate finance, or investment management, with strong negotiating and stakeholder-management skills. A Master’s degree and power BI expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field is essential.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, Real Estate) is strongly preferred.
• PMP Certification is a plus for project governance and structured delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities in real estate and entertainment projects aligned with Vision 2030.
• Develop feasibility studies and business cases for new ventures with private sector partners.
• Establish and manage partnerships with developers, investors, operators, and public entities.
• Originate investments, structure funds/SPVs, and coordinate fundraising activities.
• Manage RFPs, tenders, and project procurement with internal teams.
