TalentLyft is seeking a Head of Commercial to lead the strategic development of the Arabian Tires and Lana portfolio in Saudi Arabia, shaping assortment, pricing, promotions and channel development.

This senior, visible role sits at management level, with responsibility for multi-channel revenue, P&L, and building a high-performing team across locations.

The candidate will own forecasting, relationships with partners, and drive market insights to grow market share and profitability in KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in commercial or sales leadership.
• 5+ years at head of function level.
• Experience in the tire business or automotive market is required.
• Led teams of 25+ across multiple locations.

Responsabilités

• Set the commercial strategy for Arabian Tires and Lana.
• Lead the commercial P&L, from volume and revenue through gross profit to contribution.
• Shape the portfolio: assortment, price architecture and promotions.
• Build and scale the sales channels, each with its own growth plan.
• Lead forecasting and planning, working closely with Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Represent ATG in the market and build long term relationships with key partners.
• Bring customer and competitor insight into commercial decisions.
• Design and build the commercial organization, its processes and its accountability framework.
• Lead, develop and grow a high performing team, owning hiring, performance and succession.
