Job summary

CLEAR Engineering Consultants in Riyadh is seeking a seasoned Chief Accountant to lead financial operations, ensure IFRS compliance, and provide strategic oversight. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, at least 3 years in a Chief Accountant or senior leadership role, and a strong track record with ERP systems such as Odoo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
• Master's degree or professional postgraduate qualification strongly preferred.
• Active or partial professional credentials such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least 3 years serving in a Chief Accountant or similar supervisory/leadership capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Odoo ERP or other reputable accounting software packages.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and local statutory regulations, laws, and compliance standards.
• Proven expertise in executing efficient monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial close processes.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive management reports to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Hands‑on experience in managing and filing compliance returns, including VAT and WHT, in alignment with statutory deadlines and local tax regulations.
