Job summary

Confidential in Dammam is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the full spectrum of financial closing, reporting, and accounting operations within a large organization.

The role requires IFRS expertise, strong leadership of the accounting team, and effective collaboration with audits and tax authorities. You will drive ERP-driven process improvements and ensure robust internal controls across the finance function.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and reconcile balance-sheet/control accounts.
• Manage project and contract accounting (revenue, costs, retentions, subcontractor balances).
• Oversee payables and receivables, invoicing, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and support audits, VAT/Zakat requirements.
• Support cash flow and working capital reporting.
• Drive process improvements and ERP system usage.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.
• Ensure HSE compliance within the Finance function.
