Jing Hau in Mecca is seeking a skilled Indian cuisine chef to lead authentic menu creation and daily preparation.

You will manage kitchen operations, ensure high quality, supervise staff, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English is required. Certification or degree in culinary arts is preferred.

Open to all nationalities; competitive compensation includes monthly salary of 1,500 USD, accommodation, and other benefits.
