A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Change Manager to lead change management efforts for SAP S/4HANA implementation in Riyadh. This role focuses on change strategy, stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in change management, particularly in SAP or ERP environments, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Project Management qualification.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably within an SAP or ERP implementation environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise change initiatives, particularly in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
