Job summary

Pinnacle Solutions, an Akima company, seeks a CH-47 Flight Engineer/Mechanic to support the CH-47F in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. You will monitor aircraft systems, diagnose faults, perform maintenance, and ensure records are complete per manuals.

Responsibilities include flight crew support, maintenance tasks, using manuals and checklists, on-the-job training for RSFLAC personnel, and ensuring safe operations under day/night and IMC/VMC conditions.

Qualifications

Eight years’ experience as an aircraft mechanic on CH-47F series aircraft.
Qualified by CH-47 aircraft maintenance course or equivalent training.
Proficient with computer-hosted manuals and maintenance records.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
Possess a valid state/Government driver's license.
Able to pass an overseas deployment medical examination.
US citizenship is required.
HS diploma is required.

Responsibilities

Perform flight crew support for heavy multi-engine aircraft and assist the pilot.
Conduct APU operations, crew duties during maintenance test flights and checks.
Perform CH-47F maintenance per manuals and directives.
Remove, inspect, troubleshoot, and install aircraft systems and subcomponents.
Conduct scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, PMS, lubrication, and MOC/MTF support.
Use tools, test equipment, and ground support equipment as required.
Prepare and update maintenance forms and records.
Use measuring tools and alignment fixtures for accuracy.
Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to RSLAC personnel.
Ensure maintenance operations are conducted safely.
