Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Crane Operator.
• Valid crane operator certification.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Knowledge of crane operation standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the crane safely according to safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with ground workers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor lifting operations and adjust controls to move loads as directed.
• Inspect crane before operation and report any damage or maintenance needs.
• Ensure rigging equipment is secured before lifting loads.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety protocols.
• Follow all operational instructions provided by supervisors or managers.
