Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in fragrances and cosmetics sector strongly preferred.
• Track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
• Leadership experience in executive management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the overall strategy, business plans, and monitor their implementation.
• Oversee financial and operational performance, ensuring effective use of resources.
• Develop growth and expansion opportunities in markets and sales channels.
• Lead executive management teams and enhance coordination between departments.
• Build relationships with partners, suppliers, customers, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competition in the fragrances and cosmetics sector.
• Oversee the development of products and brands, and their launch plans in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Monitor product quality, customer experience, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Submit reports and recommendations to the board of directors or owners.
• Represent the organization to partners and external parties when needed.
