Matar Holding company is seeking a reliable Cashier in Dammam to manage daily cash transactions, receipts, and related financial records with accuracy and proper documentation.

The role requires 2–5 years of cashier experience, proficiency with POS and ERP software, and strong MS Excel skills. You will support the Finance team and help ensure secure cash handling and accurate reporting.

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Cashier or in a finance-related role.
• Experience with POS systems and ERP/accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Handle daily cash and card transactions accurately.
• Receive payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile balances.
• Handle petty cash and maintain supporting documents.
• Verify invoices and payment documents.
• Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures.
• Deposit cash and cheques into the company bank account.
• Assist the Finance/Accounts team with basic accounting tasks.
• Report discrepancies to the Finance Manager.

• Receive payments from customers and issue receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions.
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash balances.
• Handle petty cash and maintain supporting documents.
• Verify invoices, receipts, and payment documents.
• Ensure proper cash handling and security procedures are followed.
• Deposit cash and cheques into the company bank account as required.
• Assist the Finance/Accounts team with basic accounting and administrative tasks.
• Report any cash discrepancies or irregularities to the Finance Manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Finance team

Qualifications & Experience
