Al Rashed Food Company in Jeddah seeks a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team. The role focuses on banking tasks, petty cash, and supporting AP/AR processes to ensure accurate financial records.

You will conduct daily bank reconciliations, monitor accounts, process payments, manage petty cash, and prepare monthly journal entries, aging reports, and assist with month-end close. Ideal candidates have an accounting or finance degree, proven accounting experience, and

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in accounting roles.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or SAP and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Daily bank reconciliation and monitoring of bank accounts.
• Process payments and manage petty cash transactions.
• Process AP invoices and code expenses.
• Monitor AR for timely collection and prepare aging reports.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and assist month-end close.
• Communicate with vendors and clients.
