Johnson and Johnson in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist - Cardiovascular to support physicians and EP lab staff across the region. You will train users on electrophysiology systems such as CARTO and RF generators, educate customers on product usage, and collaborate with the local team to grow business.

The role requires 5+ years in the cardiovascular field, direct Cath Lab support experience, English proficiency, and willingness to travel 80%+ across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or CVT.
• 5+ years in cardiovascular field working in Electrophysiology or CRM.
• Proficiency in English; travel 80%+ within the region.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment.
• Educate customers on electrophysiology products and in-service training to optimize usage.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and increase value for customers.
• Use consultative selling techniques to identify sales opportunities within accounts.
• Drive collaboration with TM, CAS, FSE, and partners to support cases and drive business.
• Develop and share best practices with KSA Field Sales and Service colleagues.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians and hospital administrators.
• Stay current on product IFU, troubleshooting, and literature; respond to requests promptly.
