Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth efforts for the KSA region within the Building Information Modeling (BIM) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving sales and client relationships across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sectors. A strong understanding of BIM technologies, digital construction trends, and the regional market landscape is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s footprint in KSA.
  • Identify potential clients across public and private sectors including infrastructure, real estate, aviation, oil & gas, and government projects.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine positioning.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Present BIM capabilities, case studies, and tailored solutions to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify customer needs and align company offerings accordingly.
  • Support proposal and bid development for BIM-related tenders.
  • Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure tailored, competitive bids.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Strategic Partnerships
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to form strategic alliances.
  • Engage with technology partners and vendors to enhance service offerings.
Revenue Generation & Reporting
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set for the KSA market.
  • Maintain regular sales pipeline reports and forecasts for management review.
Brand Positioning & Representation
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Promote the company’s BIM services and digital transformation expertise.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of business development or sales experience in the BIM or AEC industry.
  • Proven track record in securing high-value BIM or digital construction projects.
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows, software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, etc.), and industry standards.
  • Strong network within the KSA construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
