Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation and/or digital transformation environments.
• Proven experience producing requirements documentation, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on exposure to UAT planning/execution and defect triage workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to capture business objectives and document requirements.
• Support solution definition and integration requirements.
• Define UAT scope and ensure deliverables are UAT-ready.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support governance by ensuring artifacts meet stage gate requirements.
