Job summary

Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab is seeking an Agency Training Senior Manager to lead broker enablement across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land. You will design training strategies, deliver programs, and collaborate with Programs, Digital Systems, and Learner Experience teams to ensure aligned content and a seamless learning journey.

This role requires native Arabic and fluent English, at least 9 years in real estate sales training, and strong stakeholder management to engage senior leaders

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with high-impact delivery style.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in real estate sales training or enablement.
• Familiarity with KSA regulatory frameworks (REGA, Wafi, Ejar, SAMA).
• Deep understanding of real estate sales and leasing operations.
• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design broker training strategy and enablement across Residential, Retail, Office and Land asset classes.
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and certification events for external broker partners.
• Collaborate with Programs, Digital Systems, and Learner Experience teams to ensure integrated, blended learning experiences in Arabic and English.
• Coach brokers and agency leaders to position Qiddiya credibly in market conversations and support go-to-market milestones.
• Coordinate and travel as required to deliver training across local, GCC, and international audiences.
