Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in visual communication or related field.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience including team coordination/supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and digital design tools.
• Experience in creative direction, content development and branding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with graphic designers, web designers, and photographers.
• Develop and maintain brand identities and visual communication standards.
• Direct photography and video production for projects, factories, and installations.
• Oversee company profiles, portfolios, websites, and digital content.
• Develop content strategies, creative concepts, and brand messaging.
• Plan and manage social media content and communication activities.
• Research competitors, industry exhibitions, and marketing opportunities.
• Contribute to future marketing strategies in collaboration with management.
