With 4–6 years of creative/agency experience and a standout portfolio, you will lead projects, collaborate with copywriters and production teams, and maintain brand standards while exploring AI-powered tools and new trends.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant creative/agency experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, conceptual thinking, and high-quality digital and print execution.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge, hands-on experience, and fluency in AI-powered creative tools is a must.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Figma knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, key visuals, layouts, and campaign assets across digital and print.
• Translate creative briefs and brand strategies into compelling visual solutions.
• Manage assigned creative projects from concept through final execution.
• Collaborate effectively with copywriters, designers, account teams, and production teams.
• Confidently present creative concepts and articulate creative rationale in front of clients.
• Maintain brand consistency and high standards of creative craft.
• Guide and support junior designers and creatives when required.
• Support and provide art direction for photoshoots, video production, and content creation.
• Stay current with design, cultural, digital, and emerging creative trends.
