Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in art direction, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in advertising or marketing is a plus; Arabic familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work as an Art Director or lead designer.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall artistic direction and style for our projects.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create visually appealing and effective designs.
• Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
• Provide guidance and feedback to designers to ensure high-quality work that meets project requirements.
• Review final designs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
