Job description

We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. He will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands‑on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

  • Direct all operational aspects including operations, customer service, administration and sales.
  • To achieve a monthly GP of 2.5 times of gross salary.
  • Maximize profitability through efficient customer service, effective and prompt communication, and follow‑up on all pending customer matters.
  • Ensure customer contract requirements are understood and utilized to meet business expectations.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch.
  • Work with senior management to develop a business plan and goals for the department.
  • Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
  • Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Ensure safety methods, practices and programs are implemented and maintained.
We are looking for
  • An experienced Manager with proven operational and commercial success with a reputable Logistics / Freight Forwarding business in the KSA.
  • Strong Logistics & Freight Services Operations experience – having dealt with large multinational clients/accounts an advantage.
  • Customs rules & regulation knowledge is mandatory.
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern management and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
