Ideal Background

• Experience in BNPL, digital lending, consumer finance, or payments
• Strong understanding of product design, customer journeys, pricing, credit decisioning, repayments, and servicing
• Experience working across Product, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical product solutions and support implementation
• Experience in leading BNPL Providers in Middle East or Globally would be highly relevant
